Where are you located, and do you have a physical store?
We are based in Melbourne, Australia and welcome visitors to our physical store located at Unit 41/150 Palmers Rd, Truganina. You are always welcome to explore our complete collection of home decor, pooja items, incense and more in person!
What are your store hours?
Our store is open from 5:00pm to 8:00pm from Monday to Friday and 11:00am to 8:00pm on Weekends. Online orders can be placed anytime.
Can I place a bulk order for weddings, festivals, or corporate gifts?
Absolutely! We cater to bulk orders and can customize products for weddings, festivals, or corporate gifting. Please contact us for special pricing through our form or our email hello@kunjkreations.com.au

Are your products handmade or machine-made?
Many of our items are handcrafted by our team in Delhi, while some are machine-made for precision. Each piece is unique and high-quality!
Do your German Silver Products tarnish?
Our German Silver products have been carefully crafted with premium grade German Silver meaning they do not tarnish or turn black over time. While some discolouration may occur with use, this is easily reversible and does not cause any extended damage to your product.
